THE PROCESS

The customer makes a purchase on any e-commerce site and indicates, in the shipping data, the address
and Skatolo’s USER CODE.

The courier delivers the package inside Skatolo,
and entering the USER CODE

The Customer receives the notification of delivery and can pick up the package by pressing the COLLECT button
its own USER CODE and USER PIN.

Download the APP and register

Associate your user to 1 or more SKATOLO you purchased and get your CREDENTIALS with whom make deliveries and collects.

Receive delivery notification and collect the package using your credentials.
MULTI-USER
Skatolo can manage multiple users as it is multi-password.
Each user will have its own USER CODE and PIN.
When a delivery it is done, only the indicated user can open Skatolo to collect the package.
Skatolo is multi-user but it accept 1 delivery at a time.
You can mount more than one Skatolo, which you will manage with the same user, in order to handle more deliveries simultaneously.

Do you want to mount more than one SKATOLO in your condominium?
With just 1 subscription you will manage all the SKATOLO you have purchased.
You can share the purchase cost with other users of your condominium.
Each user will have its own USER CODE and PIN with which can handle deliveries and collects.
Skatolo also works without a subscription but in BASIC mode, i.e. without connection, notifications and multi-user. This BASIC mode only works if there are no subscriber users and only with the DEFAULT USER and DEFAULT PIN supplied with the product.

THE IDEA
Skatolo is a start-up company founded by young people who share a passion for innovation. The umpteenth Internet purchase that ended with a “delivery notice”, because the courier came and found nobody at home, led to the idea of creating a shared electronic parcelbox for the packages of the whole apartment building!
THE NAME
Skatolo is an Esperanto word meaning “box”, “container”. We wanted a simple product, created to simplify the purchases made by millions of people and, therefore, we chose an Esperanto word. A language created to simplify communication between all the populations throughout the world.
